My condo is located in Galveston on Seawall Blvd so you're just steps from the beach. You'll be close to everything Galveston has to offer. Condo has been decorated with beach theme to make your stay even more pleasant and get island wibe going. The condo itself is just under 500 square feet and it sleeps up to six adults on one queen bed in the bedroom, one bunk bed with two twin mattresses in a bunk bed hallway nook, and day bed with sliding trundle in the living room.

You’ll have access to everything inside our condo . Go ahead and explore and see what you find. We have 5 folding chairs, beach blanket, beach toys for kids in the closet. Cooler and Bluetooth speaker that can charge your phone .

One of the city’s best beaches is Babe’s Beach, directly in front of the Victorian Condominiums! The east end’s East Beach bills itself as “Texas’ hottest, coolest, beach”. It is famous for its great beach parties, major outdoor concerts, special events, promotions, sand-castle contests, live bands, and other activities.

The city of Galveston has four historic districts on the National Register of Historic Places: The Strand National Historic Landmark District, East End Historic District, Silk Stocking District, and the Central Business District. The National Historic Landmark Tall Ship Elissa is docked at the edge of The Strand. The city’s downtown, which encompasses The Strand (named after a London street), offers more than 100 shops, restaurants, and art galleries, conveniently located within 36 square blocks. Mechanic Street is home to several antique shops. Parking lots are tucked in here and there, making it easy for you to park the car and explore the neighborhood on foot. If you tire of that, hire a horse-drawn carriage to take you about or jump on a streetcar that courses through the neighborhood and on down to the beach. If you tire of the downtown area, amble up and down the streets in the East End Historic District. The landscaping around the homes there is lush and tropical and the homes themselves exemplify then architectural styles and trends popular during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Local Attractions
Galveston is home to Moody Gardens which includes a Rainforest Pyramid, Palm Beach—a man-made beach of white sand on a blue lagoon, Discovery Museum, 3D Theater, Aquarium Pyramid, the Colonel Paddlewheel Boat. A visit to Moody Gardens should be on every visitor’s “must-do” list. In addition to the Moody Gardens attractions, the city has museums and historic homes open to the public for tours. These include the Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig & Museum, Lone Star Flight Museum (Home of the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame), Railroad Museum, Texas Seaport Museum, the Bryan Museum – Southwestern U.S. History and Art, and a trio of grand, historic homes—Ashton Villa, the Bishop’s Palace, and the Moody Mansion.

MANAGED CONDO PROPERTY
Alright, please note that this condo is part of a managed condominium resort property, The Victorian. There is a $30 resort fee you will need to pay when you check in at the front lobby. The resort fee covers access to all the on-site amenities like the pools and hot tubs and comes with up to two parking passes. If you need more parking passes, it'll be another $30 for every two additional passes. If you stay 14 days or longer, the resort fee will be $60 per month also payable at the front desk.

GUEST RULES
You'll also need to sign and agree to guest rules that will be given to you when you check in at the front lobby. If you'd like a copy before checking in, just ask. We can send you a copy after you book. Please be aware that there are multiple privately-owned condo units at The Victorian. Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests like you. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests alike. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed.

SMOKING and ANIMALS
Two other very important things to note as well: we cannot allow smoking in or near the condo and we're not able to accommodate pets of any kind. Please consider booking elsewhere if you need to smoke or bring your pet/s. If you do smoke or bring a pet, your reservation might be cancelled and you might be charged a minimum $250 fee.

SUPPLIES
We only provide starter packs of any supplies we do provide. We always provide two rolls of toilet paper and a few bars or travel size soap. We might not always provide things like paper towels, extra rolls of toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, tissue, etc. If you need something extra, you'll have to bring some or pick some up for yourself. There are plenty of stores nearby including a Walmart right next door.

A PRIVATE HOME
Also please understand that this is a private home. We try to keep it in perfect shape, but that's unrealistic. Some things might be missing or broken, you might encounter bugs/pests/rodents, the water might be shut off for maintenance in another unit, etc. These things are rare of course, but we don't want you to be surprised if they do happen. We can't give refunds if you encounter things like these. If you need something though, please just ask.
