There is a slate pool table for all day entertainment.
Old charm with modern amenities like Roku tv, high speed internet, air fryer & updated pool with tanning ledge.

You can get around via Rental car, Uber, Lyft and Metro. Please reach out if you need help arranging transportation
Our home is over 70 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging, and charming patina both inside and outside. Please understand this before booking.
20 bath towels are provided- there are no extra towels left by cleaners. Unlike hotels there is no fresh towels delivered every day but washer dryer is available.
It’s $10/perday/per guest, extra for more than 16 guests. Max 20. Kids are also counted in extra guests not toddlers, but should be added in guest count in toddler section.
Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies.

Filthy home looks and smells like it has not been cleaned in years and the stove looks awful! Lots of dead and living bugs throughout the house and the sheets were filthy and soiled and had hair! Home was beyond dirty it was filthy
This is my third time getting this house and each time. I’m so excited that this is the one that I chose. The host is fantastic. The place is absolutely what I need every time. Everybody is so excited and I’ve never been disappointed. He’s always looking to improve it and to make it better and I couldn’t see myself renting any place but this house he is a very nice man who communicates with me and is interested that I’m having a good time with my guests. I couldn’t expect anything better plenty of room everything works. It’s just a 10 in my book and I rented it already for September again even when the pool table was bad what he did was he went out and he bought a brand new one he’s always thinking of his guests. You can’t go wrong renting this house. Just don’t try to rent it when I’m doing it. Perfect location for what I needed. There’s nothing I can say except thank you for having this house available to myself and my guests.
